Dibyaswori Hydropower Limited will be floating 26.40 lakh unit shares

 Dibyaswori Hydropower Limited is planning to come out with IPO for local people. The company will be floating 26.40 lakh unit shares of Rs 26.40 million to the locals of the project affected areas.

he Hydropower project is situated at Dhupu VDC in Sankhuwasabha. The hydropower project has the capacity of generating 4MW electricity.

Ace Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the IPO of Dibyaswori Hydropower Company Limited.

After the IPO for the locals of project affected area, the company will be floating 3, 96,000 unist for the general public.
